Is it TOM or is it HAM? Not sure... but I ate ham last night and I'm retaining again. Not as bad as the other day and I have lots of water and coffee to fix it. Back to the gym tonight for another running/swimming workout. Looking forward to it even with the muscle pull. I'll just be sure to stretch really good before this time.
