Is workout sickness a thing?
I have been doing 3xday cardio workouts (2 intense and 1 light) eating around 1000-1200 calories) I hit the treadmill harder than usual, ran faster and farther than I have been, I was a puddle afterwards, then a couple hours later I felt like I had the flu, full body aches, stomach cramps and a pounding headache. I went home and ate some baked chicken and sweet potato for protein and potassium and drank pickle juice to replace the electrolytes, within an hour I was feeling better.
Not sure what is was.. fatigue? Dehydration? Lactic acidosis? Does this happen to anyone else? What do you do for it?

Sounds like over training but i don't know. That's a lot to do and not many calories to do it. The calories are the energy source. Yeah I know I'm a week late to the post.

I say not enough fuel. A car is on empty, it stalls. Drill your body like this and you’ll empty yourself pretty quick. When you ate, you were better. Click! 😁
