Yesterday we went out for our family fun day and I did not stick to my diet. Oops, but I figured we go out for our family fun day once a month or once every other month depending on our finances. Since we don't go out for a day of fun very often I didn't see the point in watching what I eat. I wanted to make sure I was having fun and giving the kids my full attention and not being sidetracked by keeping track of my calories. We went bowling so we got a workout while having fun. With that being said, I'm back on track today. I've had almost 400 calories, I'm full, and I've worked out today. I even bought a scale yesterday and weighed myself this morning. I am down 11 lbs since my dr appt on Jan 9. So proud of myself.
