just a side note... Absolutely hate planks😂😂😂😂 but one you get the form right..they are absolutely empowering. We all have to start somewhere indeed.

I hated planks to... Aaargh... But now I love it lol...i can see the little muscles on my hand... Where all the fat use to be 😂😂😂

Haha I'm still at the point where I hate them😂 ...had stopped working out for a bit...just waiting on my upper body to get strong again and build those muscles.
