Actually I think you will see a drop in 1-2 more days. If I am "good" or "bad" it doesn't usually show up until day 3. Keep at it!! I wish I was instantly punished with a gain after a bad day---but it comes later. Also check how much salt/sodium you have had in the last couple days...it may be the culprit. Finally drink tons of water.

it takes time to see the results of our hard work. Weight loss is cumulative. It's what you do over a period of time that counts. You may not see the results of what you are doing this week, till next week or more. Now you can immediately effect the water content in your body. If you are eating too much sodium, your body may hold on to the water where you won't see a loss or could see a temporary gain. If you aren't used to the exercise you are currently doing, you may retain water in your muscles to help them heal. Which can show as no loss or a temporary gain on the scale. Google "why the scale lies" to give some insight in to water weight. If you know you are doing everything right, than it WILL eventually show on the scale and in your clothes. Are you measuring yourself? Are you drinking enough water/liquids to flush out sodium? Keep an eye on how your clothes are fitting because you may lose fat before you see the scale move. It takes time so just keep going.
