Today I went to the city and my boyfriend's sister, who is a personal trainer, brought us to her gym and took us through a workout. It was brutal. We did about 20 minutes of really intense warm ups, and then about 40 minutes of weight training. A lot of the focus was on the butt area, and I'm sure that will be sore tomorrow. Needless to say, I had many food cravings that I gave into today. Tomorrow is a new day though, and I fully intend to get back on track with the Naturally Thin principles and common sense. Good luck to everyone else who is getting snow tonight. School already called a snow day. Crazy.
