I'm getting stronger everyday. I am getting better at resisting carbs which I know are so detrimental to my health. Today I made garlic bread for my child and didn't taste one bit of it. It is one his favorite foods and I indulge him every now and again. Now to be honest, while I held it in my hand and enjoyed it's buttery garlicy aroma...my knees could have buckled. I know....I got it BAD when it comes to a carb addiction. BUT, I didn't cave and my joy lies in the small victories. Today was a good day.
