had my insurance policy medical exam today. her scale said 175 but she said I didnt look it, must be all muscle, anyway nice complement from "my twin, england, air force, single mom, moved junior yr. Pretty sore from sunday workout, but determined to get to gym right after work!
175.0 lb Lost so far: 9.0 lb.    Still to go: 25.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
