Had a good food day. Finally getting the food schedule down. No exercise today other than 15 minutes walking. Woke up with migraine, must be weather related. I see on this site that their is a variety of diets going on. I thought this website was for those who are on more of a Paleo or Ketogentic diet as I am. I see comments from people who are trying to do low fat. I have been told by my doctor that good fat is important to our bodies and that we actually lose weight if we eat more good fats. I have lost weight doing this and I feel great. I don't eat any bad carbs. No bread, pasta, rice. No grain, dry beans or legumes including peanuts or peanut butter. Grass fed organic meat, wild caught fish only, wild game, vegetables, no potatoes. You can make incredible foe mashed potatoes with cauliflower, butter and heavy cream. Also no dairy except heavy cream, etc... Anyway, I hope I can help others, be encouraging to others and I appreciate the encouragement from everybody. :)
