It hit the spot! This one is a plain tostada, chicken tinga, scraps of lettuce, tomato, & onion, avocado, Queso fresco, cilantro, crema, and some homemade salsa verde. We were out of beans so I skipped them for this go around, but wow does this taste amazing! A new cookbook in the house “Pati’s Mexican Table” and it’s been treating us well :)
