I only lost .2 of a pound this week. At least it was a loss. I will not become discouraged. I seem to have hit a plateau after three good weeks of losses. I knew it was coming so I'm not really overly surprised. My goals this week are to do my cardio workout on a regular schedule and cut back on my fat intake. I'm sure I will show a bigger loss next weigh in.

You know this seems to be the theme. Many, many people seem to be stalled (me included). Maybe it has something to do with the cooler (colder) weather or it may be photoperiodism (the effect of the length of days on physiology). I don't know, but I'm sure that you'll be back on a faster downward track soon.
