Minta saran. Kan berat ku turun jd 58 dr 60. Trus aku itung akg lagi. Karena skrg wo 4 hari seminggu. 2 hari sepedaan. Dan sehari rest. Masa pas diitung akg nya jadi 1900. Pdhl sebelumnya 1700an. bingung menuhin kalori tiap hari. Targetnya diatas 90gr.
