back to training with Courtney sunday. gym scale said 171.6 home scale said 173 on sat. will this cold ever get over? 2nd round of antibiotics started friday.
172.0 lb Lost so far: 12.0 lb.    Still to go: 22.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
