Almost went overboard with veggie carbs today. Brussels are a higher carb count, gonna have to eat them tomorrow, spread the carbs better.

I made some Brussels sprouts yesterday, they were so good, but I did see if you eat too many the carbs can add up.

I love Brussels, I bought some fresh( usually frozen), cut them in half ,sautéed them with minced garlic, oooohhh.. Can't wait til tomorrow.

I blanched mine first, then cut them in half an sautéed them with 3 slices of bacon. That was good.
