It's so difficult to eat healthy when you live on-campus at a university. There aren't any healthy options, but I have to eat on-campus because we are required to buy a meal plan. Hopefully I can make up for it by going to the gym and eating less. :)

Yes, it can be more difficult. But you can learn to make good choices and use portion control. Figure out which foods are lower in calories. Get plenty of protein, fruits and veggies. Look for salads. Stop eating when you are satisfied (not full, full means you overate). Google and see if there are tips for college and eating.
