I read your journal entry about your big "no-no" weight gain weekend. Don't worry yourself so much. You are doing a GREAT job and nobody's perfect when it comes to losing weight. It looks like most days you are doing exactly what you need to do, so hang in there. When you fall off the wagon get back up. Also, keep in mind that a lot of that weight you see may simply be high salt intake, which leads to water retention. I am sure most of it will fall of in a few days. Stay Strong
