Well.... I can't say I met my goal of 3 adventures on the treadmill. But I did get on there once this week. This bronchitis/sinus/ear infection is still kicking my butt. Arrrgh! My equilibrium is still askew and my stamina is in the garbage can.

On a good note.... for the most part I did well with eating. I've been on a Chinese food kick. LOL Eating loads of veggies! Unfortunately I can't find many of the Chinese Food listed in the food category. So I had to guesstimate. I wonder if Fat Secret is working on the calories, RDI, etc. for the Chinese Food category.

Again I'm going to set my goal for this week as walking on the treadmill 3 times. As soon as I get my stamina back and can walk for 45 minutes again I'm going to a Zumba class!!

I had that nasty stuff for about 3 weeks in November, couldn't even go to work it was so bad. Seems like everyone on here has been sick. It raises holy heck with any routine you have in place due to the lack of both energy and appetite. Be careful about that Chinese food if you are getting it from a restaurant, it has tons of sodium and MSG, best bet is to buy the veggies and make it at home with some brown rice. Make up some of your own recipes and put them in your cookbook for future use. I have a Chinese food cookbook and really it is pretty simple and much healthier to make yourself. Really, give it a try, you may have a new passion! I will meet you on the treadmill this week!
