I decided to go out last night to a benefit dance that I wasn't going to go to... I tend to make a million excuses why I can't go to things even when I want to go. So this time I decided to go with the momentum and just do it. I had fun... danced and worked off a bunch of calories LOL... and relaxed for a night. It was good. I need to do it more often. My water and exercise challenges start tomorrow. I can do this!
