Here we are in the new year and once again my resolution is to get healthy. This year will be 3 years since I finally accomplished the last big one that took about 5 years to finally stick to: quit smoking. As hard as that was, I finally did it. Now its time to tackle the next difficult challenge. It is going to be a long hard journey but my Husband and I both feel ready to make it happen. Here we go!
