Wow! I didn't expect a loss this morning! I thought it might take a week or so for the mayo-induced fat to stop sticking onto my body LOL. What a nice surprise!!! Then again I can never fully trust our scale either but I will happily take this even if it is just for today!
I have been sleeping much better too, even with more aftershocks. Have been taking some panadol before bed and for some reason it helps (was my doctors suggestion).
Went shopping for new shorts yesterday as the old ones have a massive hole in the thigh ROFL and I am still in the same size which is odd as my jeans are too tight again and so maybe it is vanity sizing in that shop LOL.
SO a good start to my morning with a scale that finally decided to give me a break!

Neither could we! We never expected so many aftershocks, maybe two LOL We were sooooooooooo wrong! 4.1's can be pretty scary! You okay?
Lisa spinach dip would be easy for me to say no to LOL. never liked the stuff. And I do have lists of evil foods - being gluten intolerant and having to eat low nickel. Saying that, I am challenging myself every week with a new food on the nickel list, to see what triggers my skin problems and what doesn't. A long process but worth it if I can eat a wider variety of foods.

Alright Squiggs...told you it would start to drop off quickly, but that is even faster than I thought! Keep up the great work! And just wait until tomorrow...there will be more to come. It probably helps that you are sleeping better also. Hugs, dear sis....have a great day!

iamtig...wow..in Sacramento I didn't feel that but usually we don't feel it unless it is a big one. If we do fall off into the ocean please know I have gone to distant lands, please remember me and my hope for the world to find Peace, the shift begins in our hearts. Enjoy your beach front property AZ, but my plan is not to let the earth shake me into a fearful place as I have left there in 2010!...TOWANDA!!!!!

4,260 ... that is utterly amazing. I am speechless at the thought. Squiggs, I do have a spare room if you ever just decide you can't take it anymore. Live in New England, Massachusetts - not many here! Promise. Seriously, I am just shocked. Will continue to keep you and your countrymen in prayer! WOW!!!

Wow squiggs, didnt realize there had been so many, its a not wonder you are so stressed!! Congrats on dropping today, and for finally measuring your mayo and finding the culprit :) My problem lately has been nuts, now that I added them, and have a bunch of mac nuts, pecans and hazelnuts around, they are much to easy to pop a handful in the mouth. When I first added them, I weighed each time, only 1 oz. Then there was an open can at my desk and somehow it just evaporated in no time lol! Back to measuring those nuts and sticking to 1 oz!!
