Good afternoon. This is a work in progress. I came down from 139.4 to 136.8 and still working on coming down to 135 and more. I have simply been enjoying the pleasures of eating whatever is good to my taste buds since Thanksgiving, picking up my exercise regime and slowly getting back to my eating habits that are more beneficial to losing weight and getting back to what I feel comfortable with.
