Breakfast = 280 calories = 3 pancakes from Healthsmart Bisquick mix, 1 TBSP butter, 1/4 cup low cal/sugar free syrup.

Dinner = At a dinner party - appx. 1,000 calories (this is an overestimate based upon my knowledge - but better safe then sorry!)

Total calories was more like 2300 for today! Hopefully next week is better!
