Went a little over in carbs today, trying to make a low carb no bean chili, went 4.5 over, 1872 calories, 3100 sodium, maybe less chili more meat. Maybe some weight lifting tonight.

Sodium is tough, I've cut back but not to the point my doctor wants. Seems like everything has salt in it, especially if there's no fat it in. I'm looking for alternatives to flavoring a lot of meals.
