Two days of eating the saltiest food known to man, over in calories, and not drinking enough water = not dropping back down into "blue." 😕 I am planning for today to be better! 😁 ❤️

Great to see you Melissatwa! You’re maintaining control quite well and getting your habits settled in for the current year. Having physical health habits established that we can do and will do is so foundational to a satisfying and happy life. I don’t know why being habitual with such things requires much thought; you would think we would just fall into such habits. Happy to see your down arrow today!

I enjoy having my weight range so tight that my status line changes colors if I gain a few pounds. I use it for motivation. It's just a few pounds. No worries, you are on it!!!
