5th Day
I'm going to start a count down from May 19, my goal date (and my birthday)in addition to the 5th, 6th and so on. This will motivate me to continue and the light at the end of the shopping spree!
Getting the hang of this site, learned where and how to look at notifications. Need to learn how to repeat foods and make recipes. I do repeat a lot. Also need to figure other qualified drinks as I cut out all diet sodas and drinks. I drink plenty of water, but will get bored w just that.
Heading out to the gym w my daughter today. First tan, then gym. Fat Friday, so I'd like to do the grocery run and buy a present for my daughter. ;D
My digestive issues are a bit better regarding pain, but feel clogged up. Making me irritable. I'm tense as I write this. Thinking also, I'm a bit discombobbeled ( can't believe dict can't figure out that word lol) w my routine this morning. Running late.
I am paying the price of doing this gym thing. Although I feel it's a minimum, I am wiped. My body can do so much. Having a demyelination syndrome, I need to accept this and be happy I can do what I can do.
Ok dokey, got to rock.
To our svelte success!

I know there's a way to make complete meals on the right side of the food journal. It says you can copy whole meals, like dinner or snacks or whatever. For drinks, I usually just have tea or coffee...You could get carbonated water and add your own flavourings to it, maybe. I've done that a few times. Or make smoothies. Good luck with everything, and awesome stuff you're doing! :)

Hey there Lynn, I have to say, considering all your health issues you are an extremely positive person. You have alot of energy that comes across in your posts...a very strong, determined woman - kudos to you!! Keep up the great work and I love reading your posts :) p.s. staying away from the vino tonight but tomorrow....no holds barred, lol

I appreciate both your responses. Yea, I'll get tired of water. Still thinking about it. I got to get a handle on this diet. I'm not really following the true Atkins and that can bite ya. I need to pick as it makes a big difference in weight loss. I'm pretty positive. I have to juggle the amount I can do. It's OK I did notice I have so much energy when I cut out the crappy carbs. Always amazes me. Runner girl, enjoy that vino. I'm jealous ! Leillia I'll check out flavoings. , great idea. Thanks on tip for food diary. I hope I have time Sat to figure more out. :).
