Yeah, totally not doing too great. I mean, I'm not super pigging out or anything, but I'm far from eating great. Wish I enjoyed cooking a bit more, would make this whole process less of a headache!

There are tons of easy, healthy crock pot dinners out there. Even ones as easy as throwing 1 lb of ground beef in a crock pot with 1 pack of taco seasoning and 1 can of rotel. Cook on low for 6 or so hours. Break up the meat.. and make a salad with taco meat. Some cheese.. and maybe break up a taco shell and some taco sauce. Keep it low on the calories.. but SUPER tasty! Keep up the hard work.. and find what works for you!
