Well I’m back at square one, having lost the weight I wanted to a couple of years ago I’m back up to it again. Except this time I can blame Corona virus.... and wine. Lots of it.

So... I’ve made a stand, no more alcohol with all the excuses I made, better food choices, no more munchies and nibbles ( usually with the wine) and more walking.

Let’s do this!
I did it before I’ll do it again with this clever app. Wish me luck!
