Sleep is getting so hard lately! I DON'T KNOW WHY AND ITS STRESSING ME OUT!! Ugh I ended up falling asleep at 740 last night and woke up at 1030 wide awake and didn't get back to sleep til 3am :( any suggestions?

ON a positive note, my mom watches the kids today :) and my niece hugged me around my leg and said "I cant wait til your happy TT-I love you" and it just melted my heart. I gotta get happy I don't want my niece looking at me like I'm not a happy person

i take melatonin supplement 30 minutes before bed time to get a sound sleep. a few weeks of the supplement and a consistent bed time (and wake time) made my sleep more sound and i was able to discontinue use of the supplement. a few too many nights up late or sleeping in... and i have to repeat use. good luck.

I second the melatonin. Had some weird dreams at first, but it all settled out well. Good stuff.

I listen to comedy on Spotify to fall asleep. It is those times that my mind is thinking about all my "issues" that I cannot fall asleep. THe comedy diverts my attention and zzzzz.

Thanks Rocksdale and LustyPan- I have heard of that before however i have never tried it. I might have to. jm1111- yes that is half my issue of why i cant sleep.My mind runs faster than I can sleep on it.

ditto on the above. Regular routine helps. no caffeine products, or only in AM. Keep up the great determination!

LSW19- I have eliminated caffeine out of my diet for about 4 months now- all i drink is water and milk lol sad to say- i might treat myself when i go to a movie with a soda but other than that no- I have wanted to start drinking some warm tea cause i have been told that works when you are wanting to go to bed -i bought everything just haven't made any yet.

I shut everything off....its habbit. I was on sleeping pills for 5 years off and on cause it helped me when I worked 3rds
