Wow, night time really does me in!
I was doing great, following everything perfect during the day and then the sun went down and the calories just increased exponentially! And although I was under my total for the day, it still made me very uncomfortable to see how easy it was to pack them in there, especially for a time that I won't be using them as much... Hopefully I didn't set myself backward from today. I think I am definitely going to stock up o tomatoes for night time snacking. A roasted tomato really is better than the banana and yogurt as far as calories and carbs... So I have a plan. Now to stick to it. First step is always the hardest, right?
