Thought for the day: When I am stressed, beat down or feeling sorry for myself I reach for some chocolate or candy to soothe my soul and spirit. I need to find a better substitute.
Diet: Lost another pound down to 207.4. Happy about the loss but need to eat more vegetables and a suitable dinner. Need to drink more water.
