Up 1/2 lbs today. But I think I'm retaining a little water - my hands were really swollen when I woke up this morning. Ah, then I had bacon for breakfast!!! What was I thinking? I'll drink lots of water for the rest of the day and try to keep an eye on those salty foods.
I ate a lot yesterday - all legal...but it seems like I just couldn't get satisfied. I was having some real issues. And I was busy - so most of my food intake was "a little of this" "a little of that". I KNOW I ate too much cheese - which could account for my slight gain today. On Wednesdays, I HAVE to take food with me to school - I have an odd schedule, so I need some stuff to snack on. On other people's advice on here (THANK YOU, THANK YOU!!), I started packing an Atkins bar and I also threw in a cheesestick. That really helped. But I seemed to be doing a lot of snacking yesterday. I'm sure I stayed under in carbs, but it wouldn't have been the choices I would make if I had been home. And another thing - I was so craving a cucumber yesterday!! I'm going to have to look that up and see if it means my body was lacking in something. I couldn't get it out of my head. Ended up at the grocery store at 10pm, buying one. At 11pm, I sat in the bathtub and ate the whole thing with a little blue cheese dressing. What a sight!! And a visual that I probably shouldn't have shared!!! It was so good!!! ha!
