1.8 ketones and not understanding my weight gain today. God is in control. Maybe a stress gain due to cortisol. Maybe it was the Premier Protein with dinner. Maybe it's my body trying to go back to it's setpoint. Thank God, today is a.new day--a new opportunity to live as best I can with His help.
