Wendita's Journal, 21 January 2009

Started back to the gym last week and so yesterday was my 5th workout for this years and I don't feel pumped about it! Here is my rountine: 30 mins on the treadmill first 5 i walk, next 10 i power walk, next 5 I walk slow, last 10 i jogg.. then i do the stair master for 10mins, then i do the eliptacal <sorry for misspelling it> for 20mins. After I leave the gym I'm pumped and ready to go clean or do something at home but the next day at work I'm really dragging.. I just feel so tired.. I go to bed early and so I don't know whats going on with me.. I guess I'm just a little mad b/c I gain 3pounds instead of losing.. My husband does the weights and things and I've been told fat turns to muscle which weight more so why is it we are doing the same diet but i'm doing cardio and he is lifting weights but he lost and i gain.. i'm not doing weights.. UGH... I don't like this way of life at this moment!
