Treadmill/Running Challenge updates:

01/13/14 - 01/19/14 - 11.34 miles or 18.25 km; 1442 calories

I had a great week with the running - all outside, no treadmill. Weather was ok, winds were a bit challenging a few days but nothing that couldn't be managed. The running was done Monday to Friday. This weekend I did the ususal around at my parents' farm. I put hay ready for the week and some bedding too. And then I cleaned out 2 calf pens. And the cobwebs hanging over the pens were bugging me, so I swept them down.

Eating was a bit overboard this weekend. We went out Saturday night with my hubby's family and went to a British style pub. We had an appetizer night (me and the hubby). Flatbread, wings and loaded nachoes. It was great! I felt I deserved the extra as I had moved a bunch of hay and cleaned the pens. I did skip on the beverages and just had water. Probably a good thing as the food contained a lot of salt!

Anyway, back to work! My coworker is not here today as her daughter is sick. So I will have to get out for the run at lunchtime by myself.

Cheers!
