Today was a busy one. I was on the go for most of it. Around lunch time I could have swung through a drive thru and picked up a burger but I knew I had chicken at my desk waiting for me adn I thought i would get a chance to eat it. Next this I knew I chowed down on a pickle and went back to work. By the time I was finished it was time to go home. Wasnt super hungry tonight so I didnt eat too much... I gotta make sure not to have any more super low cal days like today tho... THats not good for me either.
