I’ve noticed I’ve started crossing my arms all the time, which I used to not be able to do without it being incredibly uncomfortable! Now it’s so easy to do!!! I’m so proud of myself for how far I’ve come so far 😭 it’s been since August 2019 that I’ve been trying to lose weight, and other than relapsing and not caring about what I’m eating a handful of times, I’ve stuck to being healthier! I lost 50lbs from August 2019-December 2020, and I’m determined to lose 50lbs again, but this time in only a year!!!
