I've been really sick this past week, with very low energy, and lots of yucky cold-like symptoms. Needless to say, I have not really exercised at all and am not really making good progress toward my weight loss goal. It's been since Wed. of last week.
However, today is my first medicine-free day and I'm feeling almost normal again (how's that for enthusiasm...). So, hopefully I'll be back on track again soon. Apologies to my challenge group for not meeting the challenges of the week.
