Got my lab results from my blood work. Everything was great except my LDL. My good cholesterol was great my LDL was horrible highest it’s ever been my total cholesterol was 296. Yikes

My husband ate plain oatmeal every morning for at least 3 months and dropped his cholesterol by 30 points. The Dr was amazed.

I like my oatmeal with bananas nuts chocolate chips that might not be so helpful but what discourages me is that I dieted and exercised all year lost 60 pounds and my cholesterol is the highest it’s ever been
