The scale has finally started moving down again. I cut WAY back on the artificial sweeteners and that seems to be helping, although I am much less satisfied with my foods this way. I know a lot of people find the sweeteners bring on cravings, but I feel the opposite. Without my artificially sweetened things, I am craving HARD for carbs. I'm going to push through though.
