I did my Wii Fit after getting my kids off to school today. In my nine full days on SBD I have only lost 5.5 lbs. My husband has lost 10! I am about ready to start my period so I will blame some of it on that. I am determined to keep up the strict Phase 1 for the rest of this week and celebrate with some wine this weekend. Does anyone else find it more expensive to eat this way?????? Ugh. I feel like I hit the grocery every day!

the loss will slow down the second week but it could be coming off in clumps like it did for me. I could go 4 days with no weight drop but then lose 3 pounds all in one day. Keep watching your weight but only look at your total weekly then monthly pounds loss. Look at the whole picture. Work out your muscles too, thats very important (even if you just use some hand weights while watching a tv show) As far as money goes this plan is actually cheaper for me because the foods I buy cost less than all the prepared foods I used to buy. I also have the benefit of having a lovely and very inexpensive shop on my block called Sprouts. My veggies and fruits are very inexpensive. Do you have a local farmers market?

I just keep buying....it's not too bad but I am spending more than usual since I still need to buy "kid" food for my children. No biggie....well worth it! I won't weigh myself now until Thursday morning. I am at 122.5. I figure not too bad for a 43 year old mom about to start her period or major menopause...ha ha.
