Does anyone believe I can lose 20 pounds by mid February? If so, what are your secrets??? I've been away for a while pigging out, but now I'm back...I would LOVE to the the mid-upper 120's before I head out on vacation. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated :-)

20 pounds is alot for 5 weeks or so. I saw your pics you are looking awesome! Just focus on eating right and exercising, And the weight/inches will come off- who knows it could be 20 lbs. But either way you have come a long way since last year!

yeah, 20 is a lot. 10 seems likely, given your >1000cal/day deficit, maybe even 15 if you keep it at -1500cal/day--but that seems hard to maintain for 5 weeks straight.
