<sigh> A bit depressed. Haven't been paying the least bit of attention to what I've eaten for a while. Kept telling myself that I was too busy, too tired, whatever... Well - it's time to start again. God has great things planned for me. I want to be ready when He calls. That means that in addition to getting fit and strong spiritually, I also need to work on the physical.
