Okay, I know I haven't been at this exercise thing for that long this time around...but this morning I woke up feeling ready to go! I don't know if it was because I took Sunday off, but I'm glad I got my mojo back!

I downloaded one of the Biggest Loser workout playlists (I know, I'm pretty much obsessed with that show.), and got my Zune and went for a walk. It's been so beautiful outside lately, and I've been moping around the house. It was wonderful being outside, feeling the sun shining down on me. I think being outside in the sun did wonders for my mood! It was a perfect 75 degrees out, not too warm, but I did work up a sweat!

After I got back from my 37 minute walk (that's how long the playlist is), I felt so energized, I cleaned the entire house. It took two hours, and I was working hard! I decided to count that as exercise too.

As far as eating goes, today was pretty good! I need to go shopping to get more fruits and veggies, but I had Oatmeal for breakfast, a turkey wrap for lunch, and fried turkey breast, rice and green beans for dinner. I've also been taking a multivitamin every day, and I really think it helps me with my energy level. Tomorrow I'm going to the beach with my sister, so I have to get my workout in fairly early. This should be the last of the warm weather for a little while, so I'd better take advantage of it while I can!

Try going to workoutmusic.com, they have all kinds of upbeat playlists to choose from!
