Today is the second day of my 2009 New Year resolution, which is to lose 7 kgs and get back to my ideal weight of 53. Yesterday I went to the gym and worked on my cardio for about 10 minutes before going into a Pilates class. Have not noticed any reduction in my weight - that's a damn annoying thing considering it only took about 1 day to put on 1 kgs. Why is it so hard to lose even 1kg??
Am going to the gym again. The rowing machine is fun, but treadmill seems to be the only machine so far which is challenging enough... MUST. GO. GYM. TODAY!!!
