If I may suggest while your healing, try to do upper body exercises . It will still get your heart pumping and it's an opportunity to focus on the arms .

Thanks you for the advice~! It's hard to do alot on the meds I am on, it is a really strong antibotic that requires me to drink gallons of water, which isn't such a bad thing. I guess I'm nervous to do anything because of how the meds affect me. Things will all work out. I just want this to be done. Arrrg.

Way to keep positive! Let me ask you this: do you wear compression pants when you work out? My thighs rub against one another when I work out if I don't, and I can see how that would easily lead to an infection! Compression pants cling to your leg and reduce friction! Give em a try if you haven't already :D

Thank you for the insight HokieDoke! I work for Nordstrom (so I get to shop online all day) and I have my eye on a pair of compressed pants. Ahhhh it hurts too much to not get them.

Wallis, you might surprised at how much good it does to do breathing exercises. You can even sit still and do deep full breathing. When I was recovering from a significant surgery it helped me heal. Just a thought...And it can get the blood pumping and oxygenating your cells is a good thing....
