First Day and I'm nervous. I am 60 lbs overweight and just can't take looking at myself anymore. I have the hardest time with self discipline and stress eating mainly during the night. I need help with staying on this path. I can feel how unhealthy my body is and the weight is putting some much stress on my back and knees. I need encouragement please. I'm 32 newly divorce with 2 beautiful girls. I need help to stay focus
