100% on track with food, but may have gone over a bit. BS yesterday afternoon after work was 128! This is great. Just one week in and BS is down significantly and I lost a pound. Would have liked more, but I'll take it. My clothes feel much better, so that and my lowered BS are what counts more!
181.8 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 34.8 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
