Really special treat today - an amazing, fancy, super delicious pizza at work for a birthday part and MAN was it good! I knew it was coming, and I stuck to a limited and healthy breakfast. Enjoyed every bite of the chicken/artichoke/spinach/tomato pizza MMMMMMMMM! And yes, I had cake. Half of the slice they were passing out, and I didnt' eat the outside frosting. So I figure I must've cut off one or two calories and fat from the thousands I had just consumed! :) Will stick to fruit and raw veggies for dinner.
