Thanks Jenny. Changed my exercise routine, now I lift weights Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday, with cardio Wednesday and Sunday and HIIT on Saturday. Monday and Thursday are push days, Tuesday and Friday are pull days, giving each body part 2 days of rest instead of one. I'll see if this boosts my metabolism and allows me to make better gains in muscle. It's a plan. Hope the new year is bringing you excitement to keep up your good work.
