Erratic weather here in the Northland once again...snowed Tuesday and Wednesday, got above freezing, and tomorrow it will be zero and below again!
Snow prevented me from getting to the gym Tuesday...but I went today and am so happy I push myself to exercise! It helps so much with sleep, mood and appetite.
I got on the Idiot Box today and it remains EXACTLY the same...it is a mystery why.
I have reviewed food plans many times...I have eaten more protein, less protein, more complex carbs, less complex carbs, more fats, and then less fats! I do not know why the scale is stuck...I may be losing a little fat and gaining muscle but I still should see movement.
It feels like a cluster f#ck sometimes!
